Electronic Muscle Stimulator (EMS) / TENS

  

Low Frequency Therapy
Our TENS (Transcutaneous Electronic Nerve Stimulator) / EMS (Electronic Muscle Stimulator) provide Low Frequency Therapy. Which makes use of weak electrical currents that are applied to the body to directly stimulate muscles, nerve fibers and acupuncture pathways. This form of therapy serves to relax the muscles, reshape the body, calm the nervous systems, improve blood circulation and assist in the natural healing of applying areas.

Intended Uses of TENS/EMS

  • To relieve soreness in the applied area
  • To relieve symptomatic long-term intractable pain
  • Having an effect of massage, remove paralysis of the peripheral nervous system
  • Assist the management of post surgical and traumatic acute pain problems
  • Having an effect of regular exercise, help to strenghten and firm the muscle
  • Can be used to assist treatment of back pain, lumbago, sciatica, tension, headache, tennis elbow, sports strains and sprains, damaged ligaments and all muscle related injuries

Special Features (TENS/EMS Unit)

  1. Eight programs providing the different stimulating effects, with mode setting and memorizing function
  2. Nine different output intensities to cater for the requirement of different parts of the body
  3. Digital touch control buttons and large LCD display, very user friendly
  4. With "Load-Detect function" to cut down the output intensity to lowest level once when the conductive pads leave the skin. This is for keeping the users feeling comfortable incase they move the pads to other parts of the body and do not turn the power off first.
  5. Soft function to reduce the strength softly on a chosen level of intensity if the user feels the chosen level is too strong but the lower level is too weak
  6. Repeat function to keep most favourite stimulating type performing continually
  7. Automatic therapy time setting for 15 minutes
  8. Design with "Auto-polarity-switch" function to maximise the effect
  9. Cord/Pads storage plate and soft leather bag included for easy storage and transport
  10. Energy Saving Function - When the adhesive pads are taken off from the human body over 20 seconds, the system will turn off automatically
